If you read this, I pray that this gives you hope. Your sin may be great, but God’s grace is greater. Turn away from sin and put your trust in Jesus 🙏🏽
“God saved you by his grace when you believed. And you can’t take credit for this; it is a gift from God. Salvation is not a reward for the good things we have done, so none of us can boast about it. For we are God’s masterpiece. He has created us anew in Christ Jesus, so we can do the good things he planned for us long ago.”
Ephesians 2:8-10
I want to see something Purdue fans.
Who would you want to start at the 1 next season? Luke Ertel or Omer Mayer. Retweet for Luke Ertel and like the tweet for Omer Mayer.
This just means there will be 8 more teams playing in Dayton. Just a reminder to ~some~ fanbases of teams that have played in Dayton before (not mine):
Play-in wins don’t count as NCAAT wins. In Dayton, you are literally playing to get into the NCAAT. Hence “play-in” (just making sure ~they~ can follow).
Beating bum ass Wyoming on Tuesday just to get stomped by 40 points to St. Mary’s in the 1st round is not a tournament win.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Post Spring Ball Recruiting Notes
Some Do's and Don'ts for unofficial visits
- Arrive on time. Pay attention to the itinerary on report time, parking info, etc.
- Be on time. (Problems happen which can cause you to be late, this isn't an issue. Notify your recruiting contact and it's all good. Over an hour early is an issue.)
- Make sure to have questions ready for Personnel Staff, Recruiting Staff, Assistant Coaches, Head Coach. Questions like- how many HS guys do you plan to sign? How many guys have you offered at my position? Where do you see me on your board at the moment? What else do you need to see from me to improve my position? All these are good and valid questions, but be prepared for the answer as well.
- Don't wear opposing schools gear on your visit. High school gear is great! No issues at all with that.
- Make sure to have your phone on silent. If you get a call that you must take, excuse yourself from the area and handle your business.
- Don't take anything that doesn't belong to you.
- Don't wander off on your own tour.
Everything is under evaluation. Everything.
Run your own race. Comparison will steal your joy. Be thankful for where you are at the moment. If it's not exactly where you want to be, do something about it. We don't all start at the same point, and we don't all finish at the same time. Worry about your journey, not the guy next to you.
