If someone has a baby, message first, don't just call. You ask them to call you, or to msg when they can take a call.
It sux turning down human contact, so you'll probably have us trying to answer, which will sometimes start a whole chain reaction. Just don't do it.

@OTSalfordUni Regardless of your approach there will always be people that agree and those that disagree. I personally hate "what's your excuse". It immediately takes the power away from the individual and will more often move people further away from the point of action.
