Critical points.
1. Census is ISC only and excludes a good number of smaller schools, which tend to be more at risk
2. Data was as at Jan 26, so the picture today is known to be substantially worse, and will be worse again in Sep 26.

My neighbour takes skiing holidays I can't afford.

My school does this because it assumes SS parents couldn't possibly chip in for anything. My neighbour thinks this is funny.
