@Gene_Tonic_ @Ana_CanoDelgado @DBlascoEscamez @xavi_sevillano Yes, it is able to detect and measure the primary root even with lateral roots that are emerging. And it is very simple to install and use. There are also brief user guides for all the steps. Let me know how it goes ;)
