A lot of the basketball training you see for kids heading into their freshman year of college simply doesn’t translate to the college game. Freshmen need to be elite at the basics: catch-and-shoot, scoring in two dribbles or less, defending at a high level, and being physically and mentally prepared to compete every possession. That’s what earns minutes.
Excited to announce that I’ll be continuing my academic and basketball career at Chatham University!
I'm ready to keep working, keep growing, and take on new challenges. Grateful for everyone who has supported me along the way—my family, coaches, teammates, and friends.
COACHES: Whatever you condone in your program is what you should be prepared to own and accept in your program. Don't be surprised when you get the very things you allow. What you accept, permit, reward, allow, or reinforce in your program becomes your culture.
Loyalty isn’t about being here when it’s easy — it’s about standing tall when it’s hard. If U expect loyalty but don’t put in the work, that’s entitlement. If U run when things get tough, it’s not loyalty — it’s quitting. We don’t quit. We don’t run. We earn it, every single day
@TwidderPhil Two played for @StarsDelaware AAU program. The real competition is in the summer so the girls can come back ready for war and go far in the tournament!!
Youth Arm injuries increase year after year, but coaches and parents continue to let players play year round with no break from baseball. Playing 2 sports and putting down a baseball for a few months is OK everyone! Just saying!

What is the Cost of Leadership?
It costs $0 to smile.
It costs $0 to be kind.
It costs $0 to say “hello.”
It costs $0 to say “please.”
It costs $0 to pick up trash.
It costs $0 to say “thank you.”
It costs $0 to encourage others.
Lead by Example.
It is worth it.
