Even if we are trying as fast as possible to book it, many a times the transaction doesn't get through and next we know is the slots are booked.

Can we atleast try to improve the way the slots are booked and maybe assign the slots based on first come first serve basis say whenever a user is registering , even if a slot is few weeks later, so that everybody gets it?

Dear @PMOIndia @MoHFW_INDIA @lavagarwal - Thousands of 45+ slots on #CowinApp are going unused/ wasted every day while 18-44 slots disappear in seconds.

Why don't we have to option to get a refund when canceling the membership? I by mistake opted for annual membership instead of monthly one and now have no option to get a refund even if I cancel the membership. Can you please provide some assistance.
