🇻🇦Last week, IFI Associate Fellow @ishacdiwan took part in the official launch of "The Jubilee Report: A Blueprint for Tackling the Debt and Development Crises and Creating the Financial Foundations for a Sustainable People-Centered Global Economy."

Led by the Pontifical Academy of Sciences @CasinaPioIV and @Columbia's @Policy_Dialogue, the report by over 30 global experts, including Diwan, called for urgent action and systemic reforms to tackle the escalating debt and development crises. Chaired by @JosephEStiglitz, the report was commissioned by Pope Francis, whose calls for the moral responsibility to act are now carried forward by Pope Leo XIV.
