یہ جو میڈیا واٹس ایپ پر موصول احکامات کی بنیاد پر جھوٹے بیانیے بنا رہا ہے۔ انہیں بتائیں کہ آپ دہشتگرد نہیں آئین اور قانون کی بحالی اور اس ظلم اور درندگی کا خاتمہ چاہتے ہیں۔
سرکاری ملازمین جن کو ڈیوٹی کے نام پر آپ پر بندوقیں تاننے کا حکم دیا گیا ہے انہیں ان کا حلف اور اپنا حق یاد دلائیں۔ یہ آپ کے ہم وطن ہیں، آپ ان کے دشمن نہیں، یہ ان کے بھی بچوں کے مستقبل کا سوال ہے۔ان کے علم میں لائیں۔

ہم پاکستانی آپ کے مقروض ہیں جیسے آپ نے ۲۵ مئی سے آج تک آئین اور قانون کی اس پرامن جدوجہد میں ہمیشہ ہمارا ساتھ دیا۔ آج بھی اللہ کی مدد کے بعد آپ کا ایثار ہمارا سب سے بڑا سہارا ہے۔ جو لوگ دو دن لڑ کر یہاں تک پہنچے ہیں ان کی ڈھال بھی بنیں اور ان کا سہارا بھی۔
پنجاب سے جو قافلے ابھی تک نہیں نکلے اب ان کی باری ہے۔
منزل ڈی چوک ہے۔ ڈی چوک پہنچنے اور وہاں قیام کی پلان پر کل سے عملدرآمد شروع کرادیا جائیگا۔
پہلا مطالبہ عمران خان اور کارکنان کی رہائی اور پھر جو فیصلہ عمران خان کا۔ جب تک سٹیج سے ایاک نعبد و وایاک نستعین کی صدا نہیں گونجے گی واپسی نہیں ہوگی۔

We will protest on Sunday, November 24th, under any circumstances.

Pakistan has been made into a banana republic. Democracy, the constitution, and the rule of law have all been annihilated from our country. Ever since the passage of the 26th Amendment, the High Courts and the Supreme Court have become as powerless as district courts, from where nobody can get any justice.
The Pakistani nation must come out on the 24th for the future of their generations.

I received a message that if we postpone the protest for ten days, then negotiations can take place. Among our demands is the release of innocent political prisoners, which could have been acted upon immediately. Our party leaders have been imprisoned in Lahore on fabricated charges for over a year-and-a-half. Releasing them would have been a positive step towards serious negotiations. I have been in jail for over a year, and during this time, I have been implicated in more than sixty cases. Instead of releasing me yesterday after bail was granted by the High Court, I was arrested in yet another absurd case. This shows that the powers-that-be are not serious about negotiations.

Protesting is our fundamental right. We have already put forth our three demands for which we are protesting and negotiations can be based on. Both the protest and negotiations will continue. We are political representatives, and any progress can only be made through negotiations. If they are serious about negotiations, then all our prisoners who are currently awaiting trial must be released.

Nobody will invest in the country unless there is rule of law. The Indian and Chinese economies were built by the Indian and Chinese diaspora overseas. Countries develop not only through remittances but also through investments. Overseas Pakistanis have known me for the past fifty years. Why would they invest here when they see that there is no rule of law in the country?

You will see on Sunday that overseas Pakistanis will hold historic protests all over the world against the fascism and oppression in Pakistan. They will not have to endure any police brutality because they live in free, democratic countries!

Thousands of our young people have to leave the country and go abroad to find employment. But how many of our youth can go abroad? Not everyone can get a visa nor does everyone have the resources to do so.

There is no democracy in our country anymore. There is no rule of law. The judiciary has been taken over. If you want your rights, a bright future, and genuine freedom, you have no choice but to stand up against this bogus system.

All young people, especially students should come out for their rights with us on November 24 because the future of the youth in Pakistan is now in grave danger.

My instructions for the young leaders of Insaf Students Federation and Insaf Youth Wing are to work on growing membership in colleges and universities in their respective regions, and to mobilize students and our youth for a movement for the genuine freedom of Pakistanis.

Our action plan was announced during the Jalsa (political rally) at Swabi. This time, our protest will continue, and our people will not go back to their homes until the constitution, democracy, and judicial independence is restored, and our innocent workers and leaders are freed.

In the next few days, I will personally announce the date of the protest march, which we will be fully prepared for.

I am ready to make every sacrifice for genuine freedom for Pakistan. PTI officials, members of parliament, organizers, ticket-holders, workers, and supporters should finalize preparations and begin efforts for on- ground mobilization.

Pakistan today is passing through one of its darkest phases, where there is a complete collapse of law and order and brute force is being used unabated to destroy the very foundations of democracy, constitution, and rule of law.
Judiciary is being enslaved with the executive being given powers well beyond its constitutional entitlement, thus gravely impacting the structure of trichotomy of power.

Nobody is safe from the fascism prevalent today: legislators, their businesses, their properties, their families, even women and children are under assault. Azam Swati, Khawaja Shiraz, Intizar Panjotha have all been abducted and tortured. All established redlines have been fractured with total disregard for human rights.

In the wake of the 26th Constitutional Amendment, the silence of the legal fraternity is disturbing. Today, the situation is much worse than ever before in the past. Judiciary’s independence has been brutally assaulted, and judges turned into dispensable commodities. This must be resisted with the full vigour and faith by the legal community as, otherwise, they will forever remain buried under the unwieldy weight of oppression and tyranny.

The criminal mafias that have been illegally hoisted in positions of power have their properties, businesses and families abroad. They come back only to unleash a reign of plunder to fly off to their safe havens, waiting for their next turn.

They were defeated in the February 8 elections, but the results were stolen in the darkness of night. This blighted night has continued to get darker with the passage of time.

I have been subjected to solitary confinement and torture in a dark cell by those who control Adiala. My Lahore house was raided when my wife was alone. My sisters and other relatives have been mercilessly targeted. I have not been allowed to speak to my children and denied all rights that the constitution grants me.

With the establishment in command, the distance between the armed forces and the people is widening. Army being an indispensable public asset must be responsive to the will of the people. We can’t afford to sacrifice the reputation of the institution to satiate the lust for power of an individual or a coterie of a few. That would be tragic as it would cause irreparable damage to the reputation of the institution.

Our struggle is not against the institution of the military. We are fighting for democracy, independence of judiciary and restoration of the Constitution. The fight is for the rights of the people. We are fighting for confining institutional operations within the domain of the Constitution. We are fighting for restoring people their freedoms so that they could lead Pakistan to become a formidable country.

No outside force will help us. We must do it ourselves. We must regain our freedom, our dignity and self-respect. Loss of these values renders' human life meaningless. What we do now will determine the future of Pakistan and that of its coming generations.

This can be done only if the stolen mandate of February 8 is restored to the people of Pakistan and those whom they selected as their leaders. The governments installed on the basis of a stolen mandate are lack legitimacy and relevance. They cannot provide the country the leadership it desperately needs to tide over unprecedented difficult times.

It is time for people to step out to reclaim their mandate. PTI is the largest political party of the country. We have the people’s trust. We must not fail them. This is the time to launch a peaceful movement for the restoration of the Constitution, democracy and rule of law. I call upon all segments of the society to play their role. I especially urge my ticketholders to join the movement.

فوج کسی ایک شخص یا پارٹی کی نہیں بلکہ پورے پاکستان کی ہے ۔ فوج ہمارا قومی اثاثہ ہے۔ ایک پارٹی اور ایک شخص کے دس سال کے اقتدار کے منصوبے کو تحفظ دینے کے لیے پوری فوج کو بدنام کروایا جا رہا ہے۔ اس طرح عوام اور فوج کو ایک دوسرے کے سامنے لایا جا رہا ہے ۔ 20 مارچ 1971 کو میں ڈھاکہ میں موجود تھا، لوگ وہاں اپنے حقوق مانگ رہے تھے چار دن بعد ڈھاکہ میں فوجی آپریشن شروع کر دیا گیا۔ اپنے حقوق مانگنے والی عوام پر بندوقیں لے کر چڑھ دوڑیں تو وہی انجام ہوتا ہے جو مشرقی پاکستان کا ہوا۔

بلوچستان اور قبائلی علاقوں میں مسنگ پرسنز کی موجودگی کا عذر جنرل باجوہ یہ دیتے تھے کہ عدالتیں ان افراد کو رہا کر دیتی ہیں اسی لیے انہیں جبری طور پر گمشدہ کرنا پڑتا ہے۔ وزیراعلی بلوچستان نے بھی ایک مرتبہ اس بات کی نشاندہی کی کہ اس طرح کے اقدامات سے فوج کے خلاف نفرت جنم لیتی ہے۔ اب جو جبر و فسطائیت تحریک انصاف کے سپورٹرز اور رہنماؤں کے خلاف بپا کی جارہی ہے، اس سے بھی پورے ادارے کے خلاف نفرت ہر روز بڑھ رہی ہے۔ ایجنسیوں نے تحریک انصاف کے رہنماؤں شہباز گل، اعظم سواتی، خواجہ شیراز اور انتظار پنجوتھہ کو اغواء کرکے جو سلوک ان کے ساتھ کیا ہے اس کو پورے پاکستان نے دیکھا ہے۔

اپنی وکلا برادری سے میرا یہ سوال ہے کہ آپ نے مشرف کے دور میں اس کے ظلم کے خلاف ملک بھر میں وکلا تحریک چلائی تھی۔ آج مشرف کے دور سے یہ دور زیادہ بد ترین ہے۔ تحریک انصاف کے ممبران اسمبلی کو اغوا کر کے ان کے خاندان کے افراد کو ڈرایا دھمکایا جا رہا ہے۔ جس طرح ان کے گھروں میں گھس کر توڑ پھوڑ اور ظلم کیا جا رہا ہے اور ہراساں کیا جا رہا ہے ، جس طرح عدلیہ کی آزادی پر حملہ ہو رہا ہے تو ایسے میں آپ کا کیا کردار ہے ؟ آپ سب کو باہر نکل کر اس ظلم کے خلاف احتجاجی تحریک چلانی چاہیے۔

میرا اپنی پارٹی کے تمام ارکان اسمبلی، ٹکٹ ہولڈرز و عہدیداران کو یہ خاص پیغام ہے کہ آپ سب نے اس احتجاجی تحریک میں بھرپور شرکت کرنی ہے اور جو اس تحریک میں شرکت نہیں کرے گا اس کو اگلے الیکشن میں پارٹی ٹکٹ نہیں ملے گا۔ آپ سب کو ان آئینی ترامیم اور ملک میں جاری ظلم اور فسطائیت کے خلاف کھڑا ہونا پڑے گا۔

امید ہے کہ صدر ٹرمپ کے آنے سے چیزیں غیر جانبداری کی طرف جائیں گی۔ میں اپنی رہائی کا مطالبہ کروں گا نہ کوئی ڈیل۔ پہلے بھی کسی آمر یا عالمی طاقت کے کندھوں پر سوار ہو کر نہیں آیا تھا۔ ۲۰۱۸ میں بھی عوام نے مجھے ووٹ دیا اور ۲۰۲۴ میں بھی بدترین بندشوں اور جیل میں ہونے کے باوجود عوام نے دو تہائی اکثریت دی۔ اب بھی پاکستان کے حالات کی بہتری کے لیے بیرونی طاقتوں پر انحصار کی بجائے قوم کو خود کوشش کرنا ہو گی۔

جنرل باجوہ نے جس طرح حسین حقانی کے ذریعے میرے خلاف لابی کروائی اور بائیڈن ایڈمنسٹریشن کے کان بھرے، اور جس طرح پاکستان میں انسانی حقوق کی خلاف ورزیوں پر بائیڈن انتظامیہ خاموش تھی ، امید ہے کہ اب ویسا نہیں ہو گا۔ صدرٹرمپ کے ساتھ اچھے تعلقات رہے۔ صدر ٹرمپ نے بطور وزیراعظم میرے وائٹ ہاؤس کے دورے پر بہت عزت کی تھی۔ کورونا کے دوران انہوں نے بروقت ٹیسٹنگ مشین پاکستان بھجوائی تھی۔ میرے کہنے پر انہوں نے کشمیر کا ذکر کیا جو اس سے پہلے کبھی کسی امریکی صدر نے نہیں کیا تھا”

سابق وزیراعظم عمران خان کی اڈیالہ جیل میں صحافیوں اور وکلاء سے گفتگو؛

ملک میں جمہوریت برائے نام رہ گئی ہے ۔ عدلیہ ایک جمہوری ملک میں آزادی کی ضمانت ہوتی ہے جو اب نہیں ہے۔ ملک میں صرف انتخابات سے جمہوریت نہیں آتی، حقیقی جمہوریت کے لیے صاف شفاف انتخابات، آزاد عدلیہ، قانون کی بالادستی اور احتساب کا ہونا ضروری ہوتا ہے ورنہ انتخابات کا ڈھونگ تو ڈکٹیٹر بھی رچاتے ہیں۔

ملک کے میڈیا پر اس وقت مکمل سنسر شپ ہے۔ میں نے اخبار دیکھے ہیں ان میں میرا کوئی بیان نہیں چھپتا۔

اس وقت حکومت نے آئین میں ترمیم کرکے سپریم کورٹ پر بھی قبضہ کر لیا ہے- یہ جو مرضی اب ناانصافیاں اور ظلم کریں اب ان سے کوئی نہیں پوچھے گا۔ تحریک انصاف جو ملک کی سب سے بڑی جماعت ہے اس کو ہرانے کے لیے قاضی فائز عیسی اور چیف الیکشن کمشنر نے ان کے ساتھ مل کر مینڈیٹ چوری میں ان کی مدد کی ۔ انہوں نے جو پاکستان کی عوام کے مینڈیٹ پر ڈاکہ مارا ہے اس کو بچانے کے لیے انہوں نے یہ ساری قانون سازی اس غیر آئینی پارلیمنٹ ، غیر آئینی صدر، غیر آئینی وزیراعظم اور اس فارم 47 کی پیداوار نظام کو استعمال کر کے آئینی ترامیم کروائی ہے۔ اس قانون سازی کا مقصد صرف پاکستان کی عوام کے حقوق کو سلب کرنا ہے۔

آرمی چیف کی مدت ملازمت میں توسیع فوج کا اندرونی معاملہ تب ہوتا اگر آرمی چیف نیوٹرل ہوتا موجودہ آرمی چیف اس ناجائز حکومت کو تحفظ فراہم کررہا ہے۔ حکومت نے مینڈیٹ پر مارے گئے ڈاکے کو تحفظ دینے کے لیے آرمی چیف کی مدت ملازمت میں توسیع کی ہے۔ اس پر پارلیمنٹ میں قانونی بحث ہونی چاہیے تھی۔ یہ انتہائی اہم معاملہ تھا اور اس پر کوئی قانونی بحث کیے بغیر قانونی سازی کر دی گئی۔

میں اپنی ساری پارٹی بالخصوص قیادت کو یہ پیغام دیتا ہوں کہ احتجاجی تحریک کی تیاری کریں ۔احتجاج کی قیادت تحریک انصاف کی جوائنٹ لیڈرشپ کرے گی ۔ جو ٹکٹ ہولڈر یا عہدیدار احتجاج میں شرکت نہیں کرے گا اس کی پارٹی میں کوئی جگہ نہیں ہے اور نہ ہم اس کو اگلے الیکشن میں ٹکٹ دیں گے۔

میرا اپنی قوم کو یہ پیغام ہے کہ اپنے حقوق اور آزادی کے لیے قربانی دینی پڑتی ہے۔ آپ سب کو حقیقی آزادی اور آزاد عدلیہ کے لئے کھڑا ہونا پڑے گا ۔ ڈنڈے کے زور پر یہ حکومت نہیں چلائی جا سکتی ۔ میں پچھلے سولہ ماہ سے جیل میں ناحق قید ہوں۔ اگر ہم آج ان کے سامنے نہیں کھڑے ہوں گے تو پاکستان میں جمہوریت کا مکمل طور پر خاتمہ ہو جائے گا۔ میں سمجھتا ہوں کہ غلامی سے موت بہتر ہے ۔ یہ مجھے ملٹری کورٹس میں لے جانا چاہتے ہیں تو لے جائیں میں اس کے لیے بھی تیار ہوں لیکن ان کی غلامی قبول نہیں کروں گا۔ میری دو بہنوں کو بھی جیل میں ڈالا گیا اور ایک بہن کا بیٹا ڈیڑھ سال سے ملٹری جیل میں ہے ۔ میں خود ہر قربانی کے لیے تیار ہوں۔

میں ڈونلڈ ٹرمپ کو 47واں امریکی صدارتی انتخاب جیتنے پر مبارکباد دیتا ہوں۔ ڈونلڈ ٹرمپ کی جیت پاکستان کے لیے خوش آئیند ہے۔ مجھے امید ہے کہ صدر ٹرمپ کم از کم نیوٹرل ہوں گے اور جو بائیڈن کی طرح نہیں ہوں گے جنہوں نے باجوہ کی طرف حسین حقانی کو استعمال کر کے جو میرے خلاف لابی کی گئی اس پر یقین کیا۔ میری رہائی کا معاملہ امریکہ سے نہیں بلکہ پاکستان میں ہی مکمل ہوگا۔

اپنی دو غلطیاں تسلیم کرتا ہوں کہ جنرل باجوہ کی ملازمت میں توسیع دینا میری سب سے بڑی غلطی تھی اور کمزور اتحادی حکومت لینے کی بجائے مجھے دوبارہ انتخابات کروانے چاہیئے تھے۔

میں ملک سے کسی صورت نہیں بھاگوں گا ۔ میرا نام مستقل طور پر ای سی ایل پر ڈال دیں میں نے باہر نہیں جانا۔ پہلے نواز شریف باہر گیا اب اس کی بیٹی بھی باہر چلی گئی بیرون ملک علاج انتہائی مہنگا ہے اور ان کا سارا ٹبر باہر بیٹھا ہوا ہے ۔ ان کی جائیدادیں اور ان کے پیسے ملک سے باہر ہیں۔ اگر میں نے نواز شریف اور زرداری کی طرح چوری کی ہوتی تو ڈیل کر کے ملک سے بھاگ گیا ہوتا-
