@cvspharmacy my gift card balance from YEARS ago has still never been returned!! A glitch held the funds & I spent lots of time w/ customer service who were supposed to resolve & make sure the $ was back. I just found the card again and it’s still nothing on it!

@adidasUS 4 chats and over a month later and I STILL have not been refunded my almost $200!! Every time I am told that the refund didn’t go through and refund is processed again but nothing! This is absolutely ridiculous & need a resolution ASAP before I take my issue to the BBB!
