@StaddonChris @IbnalIskandar Secondly, Umar didn’t pester the Prophet regarding it, the prophet wasn’t going to do something that was not legislated. So until Allah sent a verse regarding it, The Quran says the Prophet does not speak from his desires, only revelation revealed (in regards to religion)

@StaddonChris @IbnalIskandar Mate, with all due respect you’ve not read these properly. Firstly the station of Ibraheem Alayhi Salam is next to the Ka’aba where his footprints are. You go there and pray towards the Qibla (ie Ka’aba) during Umrah/Hajj

@RGRGNTPSR @jonsac @Jacob_Rees_Mogg Yes Democracy is not part of Islamic law and only a Muslim should be in charge of Muslim countries. It isn’t permissible for a Muslim to take part in politics that is not based upon the Sharia. That is based on the school of thought I follow.

@RGRGNTPSR @jonsac @Jacob_Rees_Mogg If a society allows the Muslims to fulfill their obligations, then there’s no issue from either end. The Quran and Sunnah explain the conditions of living in non Muslim lands and obeying the rulers of that land is part of it.

@rpotter_9 It was a bad point to make imo but the vast majority of people outside protesting were not Muslim from what has been mentioned. In fact even a lot of the white Muslims couldn’t get in despite being against Tommy.
