Misery brought to Islanders since 2017. Don't bother trying to get onboard, it won't turn up.

Parody/Satire
Sometimes serious :)
@leechristie4@SW_Help My brother has difficulties and these help them an immense amount. Also sometimes the announcements don't work, are quiet in some carriages etc. if you have such a huge issue either don't take the train or put headphones in. It really isn't that big of a deal.
Don't quite understand the point of this, putting half complete route maps on posters just to block the rest of it with an advert? Especially with a line that is full of tourists, not confusing at all. Thanks Island Line @SW_Help@swtrains_watch
(even though it's had scaffolding on it for 4 years) as well as improvements to Sandown station facilities. Additionally the Island Line now has its own dedicated local management team to apparently "improve service". Will this actually improve service, I'm doubtful. 2/2
@swtrains_watch According to SWR island line will face an investment "to the station infrastructure and environment at numerous locations across the Island." As well as this it is confirmed that the footbridge at Ryde St.Johns Road will also have works done to it in October 1/2
@swtrains_watch Yes its shocking, in the event the train is stationary for 45+ minutes then temperatures are likely to rise to such a high amount that evacuation is recommended by the operation manual. Shocking.
@CharlotteHolt_@lateturn@lukeakehurst Don't think I've ever seen such a clown, perhaps actually use more than two braincells and learn how to do maths and the facts?
Suck it up buttercup!
@swtrains_watch@KevinGSWatt@M0YAA@grantshapps We will see, I have very little confidence in that they will expand the network, and if they do it will fail. The management is already a mess as it is and making it more complicated will only make it worse. We can only hope that everything gets sorted, already 34+ FOI requests.
@swtrains_watch@AvrilCoelho The service there saying does have a replacement bus, but there is in fact an earlier service which is running.
The rail replacement bus (06:06 Surbiton to Clapham Junction 07:02) is the second service. The first service (05:36 Woking to Surbiton 05:59) is an actual train.
@FarleyAnne@SW_Help@IslandLineUK@iwcponline Island line has been getting a bad deal in the last few years and the service has been getting increasingly worse. We have more delays than every other SWR line combined which is shocking. We can only wait for nationalisation and see if things improve.
Islanders are getting an terrible service and deal from @SW_Help. Yet when they took over the franchise they promised improvement? How is a company so incapable of running a railway line that runs for 25 minutes in each direction? 2/2
I still find it funny how if you add every mainland SWR service together and look at the number of trains arriving late at their destination. It's still less than the total amount of Island Line services (March). @swtrains_watch. 1/2
