@LeyneLes @robshaw_vansun @DJMMarshall I spent over 15 years in Nanaimo area. Foot ferry would be transformative and strengthen its link to Vancouver. Less expensive than floatplane travel and faster than car ferries. It’s inevitable. MacKenzie interchange is expensive too. They are both infrastructure.
