“Watching the Watchdogs” is here. Yesterday afternoon, the @GoleKaab website was officially launched a Somali civil society–led platform under @SONSA_NSA connecting citizens with the Federal Parliament of Somalia @Golaha_shac_JFS .

As highlighted in our previous post, @GoleKaab strengthens transparency, accountability, and public participation by improving access to legislative information, committees and supporting oversight of parliamentary proceedings.

The Somali Civil Society @SONSA_NSA has officially published a new Policy Brief titled: “Advancing Digital Inclusion within Somalia’s National Disability Strategy (2025–2028)”.

This policy brief highlights the importance of inclusive digital transformation, calling for improved access to digital technologies, services, and platforms for persons with disabilities in #Somalia. It provides practical policy recommendations to ensure that digital inclusion is fully integrated into the implementation of the National Disability Strategy 2025–2028.
