@shiblizaman@PhDniX U said Nizari Ismailis had a point to prove wrt Mecca to support our beliefs.
That’s wrong bc, as u now admit, we don’t have to visit Mecca so have no horse in the race.
By contrast, those who do follow such an obligation could well have reason to favor a certain conclusion.
@shiblizaman@PhDniX The Shii Nizari Ismaili reasoning against the necessity of Hajj to Mecca has no dependence on historical geography and everything to do with the guidance of the Imams.

Just as Prophet commanded things that were temporary & then abrogated them for a new command; the latter command is also situational & the Imams replace it when the situation changes in future. You assume w/ no proof whatever prophet commanded is immutable: we don’t grant that
Q&A: Do the Ismaili Imams only marry western women who are models? In this short article we debunk this myth and shed light on the reasons behind the Imam’s choice of whom to marry and why he only marries non-Ismaili women.

“I ask myself, what are the younger generations thinking about? What are their values? Are they going to keep a balance between faith & world? And I hope and pray that will be the case for many many generations in the future.”

@MaulanaHoshem @BalaamAndDonkey@mukhammisa @AbdalQaim @YemeniShia @7amanikom @ChezAllah @tearsofsajjad @EgyptianTwelver @Andaluso24 Yes we can. Ismaili sources document the succession of Imams after Mawlana Ismail. There are only 2 spots in Ismaili history where the Imamat succession is even disputed. Even non Ismaili sources corroborate some successions during more open - public periods of Imamat.
Biologically the female is more important to the race than the male. While average women are capable of earning their own livelihood like men they are the guardians of the life of the race & only through their natural constitution are they able to bear the double burden -AgaKhan3

Not to forget, in ancient #ismaili Khojki manuscript it is common for the scribe to write "Khanavadan to those who read this work" One example is hs0162 of Fakir Pirzada Bai Karimabai found in Zanzibar on https://t.co/TmqLwGlml1

Argument for Divine Simplicity:
God (G) exists; G is a se (independent/necessary in himself).
G has attribute A (not numerically identical to G)
Then:
1) G depends on A = impossible
2) A depends on G = A is created
3) G & A are a-se = 2 gods
4) G & A co-depend = impossible
Read closely .@Farid_0v : these are names of the ANCESTORS of Prophet Muhammad from Ismail b. Ibrahim to the Prophet & his Ahl al-Bayt. Twelvers, Ismailis & many Sunnis believe ancestors of Muhammad including this Murrah named here are righteous pure bearers of Muhammad’s Light.
James McGrath says in this video at 1:03:40 - “I don’t think that Jesus thought of himself as God”. The Quranic Jesus is theologically consistent with how Jesus presented himself and the claims he made. https://t.co/66Bm1pGeY1 @DerekPodcast
The Easterners (i.e., Avicenna and Co.) draw a distinction the Westerners (i.e., Aristotle and his commentators) fail to attain - namely, between 'essential contingency' (imkan dhati) and 'dispositional contingency' (imkan isti'dadi = potentiality).
