We closed things off with a forward-looking panel discussion showcasing Canada’s competitive edge on the global stage, featuring leaders from Nordion, TRIUMF, UHN, and Invest Ontario.

Following our lunch break, #LeadersSummit2026 attendees enjoyed several of our most anticipated sessions of the conference, including our regional innovation showcase, a panel discussion on technology in theranostics, and a showcase of Canada's contributions to clinical trials.

We heard broad perspectives from leaders during a panel focused on advancing best practices within the supply chain & heard clinical, technology, & patient perspectives during our Mini TED talks.
We kicked off day two of the #LeadersSummit2026 with opening remarks from Owen Roberts ahead of a keynote by Dr. Abdel-Wahab on behalf of the IAEA.
Following the keynote, our chair, James Scongack, joined us for a presentation and a fireside chat with Minister Warren Kaeding.
