113 teachers submitted ideas to the #CTEACH Changemaker Teachers Challenge. Some ideas were tested. Some were refined. Some grew into solutions that reached beyond the classroom. And at the Educators Innovation Showcase, 5 teachers shared how far their ideas had come.
It’s not a surprise this is happening.
The Bible actually does not teach this nollywood version of rapture that many Nigerian churches teach.
That dramatic secret sudden disappearance of Christians vanishing from cars and houses with clothes left behind while the rest of the world goes about normal life is actually nowhere in Bible. It was not even taught in historical Christianity for about 1,800 years. It is a recent hilarious comical development.
The idea that Jesus will return, a secret rapture of Christians will happen but the rest of the world will continue partying and clubbing, Tinubu will continue being useless and people will just go to work the next day is a baseless fictional fantasy cooked by Mount Zion films, Tim Lahaye ‘Left Behind’ series and other groups that don’t read their Bible.
For those who can read but can’t comprehend, I have not said there will be no rapture. I’m only saying it won’t happen the way you were deceived in your Sunday school and portrayed in the movies.

Today, their achievements on the pitch inspire millions. Off the pitch, both Messi and Lamine Yamal use their voices and platforms as UNICEF Goodwill Ambassadors to support and advocate for children around the world.
