If @AAOS1 wanted to make a difference for patients (and claw back relevance), it would foster reporting and censure of surgeons who deny indicated surgery on behalf of commercial carriers including medicare replacement plans for $ (similar to BS expert plaintiffs witnesses). "@Aetna requires formal physical therapy" doesn't cut it. @ASESmembers @TexasOrthopedic
