South Africa's frantic claims of “urgency” have now turned into a quiet request to drag the process for as long as possible.
This case was never about the facts.
It has always been a #propaganda campaign by South Africa in the service of #Hamas.
South Africa’s allegations are a complete waste of time and resources, a blatent misuse of the Genocide Convention and of the Court itself.
The only tenable outcome remains the dismissal of South Africa’s claims in their entirety.
This reality should not be overlooked, yet it continuously is. Israel did not initiate the conflict with Lebanon, neither on October 8th, 2023, nor on March 2nd, 2026. Rather, Israel was attacked from Lebanese soil by Hezbollah. Israel’s actions are a matter of self-defense against a terrorist organization that the Government of Lebanon is incapable of controlling, regardless of its intentions.
@IsraelMFA
South Africa’s baseless “genocide” case at the ICJ is collapsing.
South Africa has requested an extraordinary 18-month (!) extension to submit its arguments.
The written submissions will not end before 2029.
All the claims of “urgency” have now turned into South Africa’s quiet requests to buy more time.
This case was never about the facts.
It has always been a propaganda campaign by South Africa in the service of Hamas, masquerading as a legal process.
Since the October 7 Hamas massacre, UN reports have fueled unprecedented political and legal attacks against Israel.
An in-depth review reveals systemic bias:
• Data laundering
• Misleading statistics
• Ignoring Hamas’ role
• Baseless sensationalism
Hamas’ atrocities were downplayed, while Israel was falsely portrayed as the aggressor.
This report exposes how key UN actors distorted reality and enabled Hamas’ cynical strategy.

Shavuot celebrates the giving of the Torah at Mount Sinai over 3,338 years ago and the harvest season in the Land of Israel 🌾
A holiday of tradition, harvest, learning, and late-night cheesecake.
Chag Shavuot Sameach!
The flotilla attempting to breach the naval blockade on Gaza has concluded, and all individuals aboard have been safely transferred to Israeli vessels.
The passengers are being brought to Israel, where they will be able to meet with their respective consular representatives.
This video released during the transfer shows activists from the flotilla hugging aboard the Israeli vessels. At this stage, no humanitarian aid has reportedly been identified on the boats.
Israel will continue to enforce the naval blockade in accordance with international law and its ongoing security obligations, while facilitating the appropriate legal and consular processes for those involved.
Another PR flotilla has come to an end. All 430 activists have been transferred to Israeli vessels and are making their way to Israel, where they will be able to meet with their consular representatives.
This flotilla has once again proved to be nothing more than a PR stunt at the service of Hamas.
Israel will continue to act in full accordance with international law and will not permit any breach of the lawful naval blockade on Gaza.
When terrorists are promoted to the leadership of the Palestinian Authority’s ruling party, the message is unmistakable: terror is being legitimized and rewarded.
Yesterday, three declared terrorists were elected to Fatah’s highest institution, its Central Committee:
• Marwan Barghouti, convicted terrorist serving multiple life sentences - topped the list from prison.
• Zakaria Zubeidi, former terrorist commander responsible for deadly attacks - was elected as a member.
• Taysir al-Bardini, another murderer, was also elected.
And yes, incentivizing terrorists with Pay-for-Slay salaries will continue.
Mahmoud Abbas admits that Pay-for-Slay Continues
Mahmoud Abbas at the 8th Fatah Conference complained that the PA needs money “to pay prisoners.”
Abbas’ words today: "All this needs to be paid to public employees, to prisoners, and so on, and other expenses."
Palestinian Authority is reinforcing and institutionalizing its notorious “pay-for-slay” policy - a system designed to incentivize the murder of Israelis.
The PA through its court has now cleared the way to reinstate payments to more than 1,600 convicted terrorists.
🧵Palestinian Authority court rules: Terrorists MUST receive their Pay-for-Slay salaries.
Even the PA's lawyers didn't appeal the ruling.

On October 7, Hamas terrorists invaded Israel. They massacred, kidnapped, and used sexual violence as a weapon of war.
The Dinah Report, released on July 8, exposes the horrors and calls for justice.
Most victims can’t speak, because most didn’t survive.
We will be their voices.

Hamas is the single biggest obstacle to Gaza’s future - an armed group that refuses to disarm because it thrives on chaos, not peace.
As long as Hamas clings to power, Gaza stays stuck in endless destruction.

150,000 tonnes of flour has been entered into Gaza since the ceasefire agreement was started. This means an average of 22,000 tonnes will be entered into Gaza every month.
This amount of flour can prepare 9.4 million loaves of bread per day, indicating that 4-5 loaves of bread can be delivered to individuals daily.
