Safaricom should allow M-Pesa deposits as long as someone is within Kenya. Restricting deposits simply because a person is far from an M-Pesa shop is unreasonable and denies access to an essential service. Such policies inconvenience customers and undermine trust. This is unacceptable and must be addressed.
