Those statements are false. I was wrong and offer my sincere apologies to Ms Sultana for the harm and distress caused to her.”

No one is denying you deserved and earned it, but as a proportion of income, it was probably 10x easier to save the deposit amount than it is now.

@YaleHomeUK my bike lock has broken less than 3 months after purchase. Despite having a dust cover the keys wont go in...I now have to pay £71 for a locksmith

Am I able to claim any this back under warranty?

@thameswater Hi there

Your update says the leak has been fixed - we do now have some water but very low pressure and so we can't use any appliances (washing machine e.g.) due to lack of water supply. Are there further fixes to be done to bring back previous pressure?
