Kiloteres-long river of people demonstrating against the first law to be voted on this Monday in the stream of dictatorship legislation planned in Israel.
So many of us are afraid for our country. It's good that our universities decided to act and start a strike: no studies as a call to STOP the horrific legislative attack on our precious democracy.
@DesheShai I really like the tooltips. At first I really did get intimidated by all the labels. After this tweet I got back there and found the hover-over descriptions which are super helpful.
โThe key point is you have to enjoy the process of working,โ he said. โAs long as I enjoy that process then itโs ok โ as long as thereโs success once in a while.โ https://t.co/rNAdojoONb
@EladRichardson Reproducibility is not always relevant (e.g. theoretical proofs). Did you think of a way to have a category unmarkable for a paper or field for which it isn't relevant?
MSc. Thesis: Arbitrarily large asymptotic rank (m>3)-tensors; 3-tensors we think might be of large asymptotic rank; Multiplicative properties that may help proving such a claim; Examples of using weak Nullstellensatz for rank.

@AlyssaJSalter I'm sorry to read about their loss. Many lost a lot during The Independence War.
As most land-issues, the entitlement shifts according to the date you start counting from. Zionism is about Israel as the Jewish home. Plans to split the land between the two peoples are included imo
@AlyssaJSalter Pro-Zionism does NOT mean anti-palestinians!
Yes - there is a lot that needs addressing. Some of it even severe. And some of it shifts to the better already.
I like Quanta's year summaries. This time I find the written version (which I remember fondly from last year) a bit too Magazine-centric. Their video is more focused on the mathematics: https://t.co/Yix3x9EGSm
(Missing in both, imo, is the discovery of good quantum LDPC codes)

@lifeatibm You don't seem to answer DMs... I'll ask here instead: how can my advisor attach her recommendation letter to my application without sending it to me? Normally there is a mechanism send them (advidor/employers) a link to attach recommendation letters directly.
I suggest adding a "field" tag -- so items from different fields could be attributed accordingly, rather than by current affiliation of authors. (If such a tagging field (hihi) exists already please show me where I can fill/correct it)
This is a false achievement @ResearchGate: the item that was read belongs to a different research world than my current department. Comparing it to items of my current department is unrepresentative and misleading (item's fields: art, psychology, cognition; curr. field: CompSci)
It feels weird seeing that notification while (working on) finishing my current thesis, knowing it is probably not going to be read by more than 10 people...
My contextualising paper which accompanied my final monologue (self written and performed) at @E15actingschool just reached 1,000 reads on ResearchGate last week.

I'll just keep posting them - although it's all just a strike of luck google decided to show my item high in searches at some point (and got the search-ball rolling)
