@LakeShowCP Yea, my grade for Rob is a C- this offseason. He honestly didn’t do anything difficult/creative. He gave up a ton for Kessler, probably slightly overpaid the free agents we got and gave player options, and wasn’t able to land a starting PF after losing LeBron and Rui.
@LakersNation I wouldn’t mind him over guys like Bronny and Knecht, Hardy but we need to get those guys off the roster first because we are at 16 right now.
@osid24 Just make years 2 and 3 non guaranteed and promise him they will be at his option. I know he is taking a risk that they could go back on their word, but teams don’t want to have a bad rep with players/agents.
@SleeperLakers@NBA@Lakers Saying this again, he did the easy work. Pulling off a trade or trades would be the tough stuff. We don’t have a starting 4 or a legit backup center for a center that missed all of last season.
@LakeShowCP I’m holding onto Carr, if they want Thiero, expiring contracts, and all the seconds and the swap that works for me, but I don’t see Denver considering that at all.
@LegionHoops If the Lakers want to be serious about Watson, they could offer Carr and Thiero plus expiring salary, 3 seconds, and a first round swap. If Watson pushed for a trade to the Lakers, that could get it done.
@JayhzLAL I would do that, still need to send out an additional player to get to 15, Bronny makes the most sense unless Hardy’s contract is being used in a deal.
