@BrunoAlvessi You can always tell you never actually played sports when they hit you with the “we should be at full intensity perfect basketball everyday”
If you’re only watching the Lakers you might be concerned about how close these games have been, but if you’re paying attention there haven’t been a lot of easy wins for ANYBODY so far this season.
People forget the Knicks were a pretty average team last season until they went nuclear in the playoffs. Not really sure why people had them picked to dominate the regular season this year in any fashion
Today’s thoughts:
-UTA is just a bad matchup at the moment, a win is a win.
-FINALLY a decisive Luka
-Austin is the exactly the player the Lakers need so far
-somehow Looney is worse than we all thought
-Thiero will have minutes immediately
Only reason Austin reaves isn’t on my agenda is because he plays for them but this easily 1 of my favorite players. Nice af
Has not been an all star but he is 1 of the best players in the league full stop. Can look any guard in the eye. Superstar guard
@ACorrerLAL Yeah but LA would have had to find a floor spacing five and two 3&D guys with zero money or assets
Give them 2/3 years and they’d have a juggernaut but idk if Giannis has 2/3 years of good basketball left
Giannis is probably the hardest superstar to build around which made trading for him at his age and building a contender such an impossible task.
Big reason why the smarter Lakers accounts were all against it
@ACorrerLAL Yeah you need a floor spacing big, a point guard to run the half court offense and a scorer to bail you out late in the shot clock
Miami has zero of those things lmao
