You know what is life? Life is that slap in the face, is the frustration, the disappointment, the sadness and depression, is that fall that bleeds your knees. Life is getting up from that fall and then life slapping you, and hurting you, and depressing you again.

@lclkrist @anise_stern Yes he is actively looking for a job. I asked him whether he could use his savings or borrow money from family but he is against that. I warned him that by doing that he is jeopardizing the relationship and making me have negative feelings towards him. Still a no.

My partner is jobless starting this May. Since I am the one with a job, he refuses to pay the rent (which I’ll need to pay fully) but he says he’ll pay his part of the expenses (food, electricity, etc). Is this fair? How do couples normally do?
