@im_aaddii @ICICIBank_Care Not surprised. Banks often delay or blame customers in fraud cases to save themselves. But RBI rules are clear the bank must take responsibility. Hope @ICICIBank_Care does the right thing hereICICI Bank must take immediate and transparent action regarding this seriousissue.
