He finished the 1.9km swim in 40 minutes 57 seconds, the 90km cycling segment in 2 hours 59 minutes 8 seconds, and the 21.1km run in 2 hours 30 minutes 16 seconds, completing the full event in an impressive 6 hours 30 minutes 41 seconds.

His performance marks a notable international endurance achievement for a Pakistani naval officer.
