How I wish my health had been a priority to me early on. I lived so carelessly consuming anything I desired at any given time. Now that I have to cautiously consider every single thing I put into my body bc of this disease, its beyond challenging bc I never had any boundaries.
After battling with Ulcerative Colitis for almost a year, it brings me to tears to know that, today, I will finally begin working with a Registered Dietitian that specializes in this disease all because of the generosity of loved ones that pitched in to cover this. 🤍
