We need to show them a response they weren’t expecting. It doesn’t need to lead to war. But it will if we don’t react to situations like this

@SecGenNATO @jonasgahrstore The Russians know we won’t react at this point and are getting braver with their actions. It’s only a matter of time until they cross a line that they can’t uncross. We need to do more to deter them from crossing it. not reacting to civilians getting shot shouldn’t be the answer.
