Time is the most scarce and valuable asset in existence.
Using it wisely is the most important decision you will make.
End doom scrolling
Stop putting time into people or work that you don't enjoy.
Life is simply too short.
Do you want to offer something new and unique to society?
You won't do it just by getting a generic degree and working a generic job (although it helps!)
Explore our vast world, both physical and digital
-Travel
-Engage with niche digital communities
-Be unique!
Resistance to change is natural.
Break that habit.
“It is not the strongest of the species that survives, nor the most intelligent, but the one most responsive to change.” -Charles Darwin.
The same is true in business.
Adapt to survive.
Survive to win.
Cold showers are praised so often it is almost cliche to recommend them.
However, praise is warranted.
Physically:
•Builds stress tolerance
•Increases serotonin levels
•Strengthens the immune system
Mentally:
•Trains your mind to seek discomfort
•increases alertness
Meditating is no easy task.
A great trick is to "be the observer of your thoughts"
Consciously watch your mind drift, observe yourself doing it, and slowly you will be in a state of consciousness above mindless thinking
