@ElRacha1 This. I’ve actually considered this being the last series I watch. Disappointing really. Michelle critiques the designers for not putting themselves in the users shoes, but does exactly the same herself. The show started off so well in the early days.

@monzo Hello. Yes, the chat is still frozen (I can’t even press the ‘close’ button in the top corner). The only way out is to force close the app. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling and makes no difference 🤦♂️
@monzo the chat feature in the app has frozen for me after I followed an instruction from a support assistant. I tried contacting support by phone but they haven’t solved the issue. I’m now stuck unable to solve the original issue and unable to use the chat.
