Worst customer service by @bookingcom . I have paid 508€ for a booking which I have cancelled and was eligible for 100% refund but I only got 50% . I registered a complaint but even after acknowledging it @bookingcom is providing no updates and putting the call on hold .

Terrible customer service from @myntra . My refund is not reflecting in my account for past 5 days and everytime I am contacting customer support , I am being asked to wait another 48hrs and my ticket is being closed saying resolved without any updates. @MyntraSupport

@MyntraSupport I asked for an update on my issue and the response I get is issue has been resolved and closed . Is this the way of providing customer support @myntra ? Assuring to provide update within 24-48hrs proactively, you fail to do so and I need to chase 10 times for it. @MyntraSupport

Hi @myntra/@MyntraSupport , I've ordered a product but Myntra delivered a completely different product and I initiated return but the pickup agent rejected it citing the reason because it is not same product Raised IN23080520353551553596 but in Myntra app couldn't upload images.

@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KOTD There is no network in BSNL anywhere in Kolkata since morning 4 am . Atleast restore the telecom services immediately as facing some serious problems for not receiving any OTP.
