@KIN110UofR As discussed in other social issues, a common solution to increase involvement of minorities is to assign them more positions. For example, if the standard for NHL coaches was shifted to hold 50 job positions for females, there would be a lesser disparity for female leaders.

@KIN110UofR When I was younger, "bumper cars" was the game on the slides. You would slide down, and stop at the bottom. One kid after another, we would slide down as fast as possible and bump into the people at the bottom. And one fateful recess, it was restricted.

@KIN110UofR A concept discussed in a previous course taught me that sensation seeking declines with age. I believe children in some instances seek out the thrill and adrenaline of new experiences through structured sports.
