@easyJet I’m trying to renew my EasyJet Plus membership but it won’t work on my computer or my phone. On my phone I can’t scroll down far enough and on my computer I get a blank window with just ‘payment card’ at the top. I called and was told there is no other way!

@easyJet Please help! I have easyJet plus but the security fast track hasn’t shown up on my boarding pass today - it should and did on the outward leg. I’m stuck in the regular security queue and have a good chance I’ll miss my flight.

@STN_Airport Please help - I am trying to prebook a lounge slot via Priority pass on Sunday 21st Sept but it is saying it is full. However, if I book directly paying full price there is space. Why do I have to pay twice as much if I want to get in?
