When Telegram got removed from the @AppStore, @plugontele says he got hundreds of messages, including hate and death threats, while he was buying the dip.

@durov is one of the greatest builders in tech.
He built @telegram into a platform with over 1 billion monthly active users, changing how people think about privacy, communication, and online communities. Few founders can match what he's created.
On May 4, 2026, @telegram officially assumed direct operational control of The Open Network (TON), replacing the TON Foundation as the network's primary driver.
Since then, the-open-network:native has fallen from above $2 to around $1.30, leaving many holders questioning the direction of the ecosystem.
I'm not saying Telegram's takeover is the only reason for the decline. Crypto markets are influenced by many factors.
But I do think this has exposed a leadership challenge.
@durov is an exceptional builder. Building @telegram into a global platform is proof of that.
Running and growing an ecosystem like @ton_blockchain is a different job.
With regulatory battles already demanding his attention, the smartest move may be to empower experienced operators, marketers, ecosystem leaders, and business leaders to execute the vision while he focuses on what he does best: building.
Great builders don't always have to be great operators.
Sometimes the strongest leadership decision is knowing when to delegate.
Whether you agree or not, it's hard to ignore how much pressure @telegram has faced lately. From privacy battles to app store removals, the conversation keeps getting bigger. In this clip, the discussion explores why @JakeGagain, @plugontele, and @cryptojourneyrs believe Telegram's growing influence is putting it in the crosshairs, and what that could mean as it pushes toward onboarding millions into crypto through Wallet.
Is this just coincidence, or does Telegram's size make it impossible to ignore?
Crypto conversations don't happen on @ethereum or @solana. They happen on @telegram. This clip explains why Telegram has become the default home for crypto communities, how that creates a powerful network effect, and why its massive user base could keep expanding. It also highlights the surprising scale of what Telegram has built with such a small team.
Do you think any platform can realistically challenge Telegram in crypto?

@telegram disappearing from the @AppStore caught a lot of people off guard. In this clip, the discussion breaks down what happened, why the removal sparked concern, and how it fits into a broader series of events involving @durov and Telegram. The app was restored quickly, but the conversation raises bigger questions about platform control and public perception.
What do you think was really going on?

Most people know $UTYA, but very few know the story behind the artist who created it. This clip explores the origins of the iconic duck, the creator's connection to crypto, and why he reportedly isn't interested in talking about crypto despite having crypto wallets in his bio.

This clip explains why many meme coin traders miss the biggest opportunities by waiting for confirmation instead of taking calculated early positions. Using examples like Apple, DOGE, PEPE, and other meme coins, the speaker shares a perspective on risk, conviction, and long-term upside.

$GROYP was described as an ecosystem rather than a typical memecoin, with platform fees reportedly funding buybacks and supporting products built around GroypFi.

Most people think a 10x is impossible. This room thinks it's the baseline. @Giooton asked the question every trader secretly wants answered, and the response might surprise you.
