@ComicsFizzy There, I will post:
My one-shot and webcomic projects
Fan art in a vintage comics/retro manga style
And everything that represents me today as an artist, author, and visual storytelling enthusiast
Hey!!!, how are you?
It's been a while, hasn't it?
Well, to celebrate spring, I've got a FAQ for you - feel free to ask me any questions! ๐
(For those of you wondering how I'm doing, and why I left? I'm working on a really interesting project that's very close to my heart)
@BeansGoodTakes Yup indeed and funfact: The James Gunn's Superman movie will be released right on my birthday when it comes out in France on July 9 (What a coincidence) ๐๐
@DiscussingFilm Intriguing and brilliant! In any case, it looks much better than Josh Trank's Fantastic Four, which never respected the spirit of the Fantastic 4.
@Jacktheheartat1@mims_words@DiscussingFilm It depends on the project. High-quality animation can be expensive, but live-action with heavy CGI and stunt work (which a Devil May Cry adaptation would need) can be even more costly. Plus, animation allows for more artistic freedom without the same limitations as live-action.
@mims_words@DiscussingFilm In live-action format, this would be too costly and potentially ruin the essence of Devil May Cry. Animation, on the other hand, offers more freedom, costs less to produce and generally better preserves the essence of the adaptations.
So I'll be working on licenses I really love: School Rumble, RWBY, my OCs, When They Cry - Higurashi, The Pet Girl of Sakurasou and even the recent Class No Daikirai. WIPs are coming soon, and I hope you enjoy this new artistic direction. Thanks for your support! (3/3)
You know, I really enjoy making anime art, but that enjoyment diminishes when it comes to creating for a specific audience. So I took some time to think about what really motivates me as an artist. After much reflection... (1/3)
I decided to put aside the mainstream and popular licenses of the moment (like Sound! Euphonium) to concentrate on universes that are really close to my heart. (2/3)
