Rubbish customer service from @UberEats when your meal turns up and it tastes awful. Can’t get a replacement or a refund and they offer a measly £1.99 for a dish that cost £6.95!! Appalling...

@GigglingSquid The veggie Thai green curry was yummy but you need to re-look at your containers. You definitely need a deeper container if you’re going to send out curries with people who deliver on bikes!

@GigglingSquid I ordered from your Leicester restaurant for the 1st time yesterday for my birthday. Prompt delivery but when it arrived most of the sauce had leaked out of the flimsy container into the bag, therefore I was left with mainly vegetables. Sooo disappointing.

@AsdaServiceTeam Hi Maggie, it’s not about being upset but it’s the fact that I have paid for hot food in an indoor cafe during the lunch period when you would expect to have proper cutlery to eat with. My nieces are 9 & 7 and struggled to cut/eat the food properly. It wasn’t good..
