I am now feeling a lot better and even with the #NHScrisis I am 100% happy with the care I received and want to thank all of the paramedics, doctors and nurses who helped and comforted me❤️

After a few hours my heart rate hit heights of 150 and they moved me to the eou ( emergancy obs unit ) the staff on here were also wonderful and kept checking on me all the time. I had another nebuliser and some steriod tablets.

When I got to the hospital we had to wait in the corridor for 2+ hours to be seen, there was a 9 hour wait in the walk in a n e area. I then recieved a further two nebulisers and I was having an asthma attack. They moved me to a bed and performed scans.

So yesterday at around 5pm I went to the out of hours doctors for antibiotics for my chest infection. I got seen by a doctor in 8 minutes and he called me an ambulance gave me a nebuliser and the ambulance arrived promptly. The paramedics were wonderful and calmed me down a lot.
