I haven't done anything incorrect I was asking change that's it & the driver started shouting & was about to raise onto me

Dear BMTC officials,Today I took a ticket from KR Puram Railway Station to Marathahalli Bridge Kalamandir, 15 rupees is the fare & I gave 20 rupees, I was asking for 5 rupees change conductor said I don't have in return he asked me to check with other passengers..

The conductor should have provided change when requested or he should have told that not to get into the bus as he is not having change, when I was asking change bus driver started abusing me saying you are non Karnataka guy get down immediately

@BMTC_BENGALURU 17th of this month from Tin Factory to ITI gate I got into the BMTC bus, I asked for a ticket but the conductor didn't provide it but took money for the ticket.. I need to get into the other which is going to Tirupathi so I didn't note down the BMTC bus details.. continuing..

@BMTC_BENGALURU If they are getting paid enough salaries & in all the BMTC buses it is evident that they will be displayed saying 'demand for tickets'
What if there is a sudden inspection that happened, I don't have a ticket with me
Who will be affected in the end,
Ultimately passengers.

This is not the first time it happened,
I can assure you within a day a min of 20 times & max I will leave it to your imagination these conductors will behave like this, min ticket charge would be 5 rupees, conductors will collect money but won't be giving ticket.
