@Zarko563048 @CoastalFootball This is an insane take for the coach that led us through the transition and to a bowl game. 6 years ago we were one of the worst FCS teams in the country. Now we are in the FBS and hosted SMU. Coaches leaving small schools for a better gig is a good problem to have.

@zheinold1014 Not on your route but if you ever venture to the west side of Illinois. Fyre Lake and Spirit Hollow are great golf courses. Fyre being one of the most pure courses I’ve played. We do a trip every year to Fyre, Deere run and Spirit hollow

They now offer a membership where you pay $80/month and play 1-4 for $28 and 4 and after for $18, unlimited range balls year round, free beer with your round. It’s a great deal. Problem is they have 1000 members. I am cancelling

@zheinold1014 Yep. Check their aeration schedule though, I believe I’ve seen them do it in June before but I’m not sure

@mmcconcrete @zheinold1014 Don’t touch this course. I have a membership there right now and it’s a minimum 5 hr round. Played 5 rounds so far this year and have had two last 6 hours. Awesome course when it comes in but too early in the year for it right now and the pace of play isn’t worth it

@jdfitz81 @BKSportsTalk He’s a 30+ goal guy and approaching the upper end of that, with an improving overall game. He’s got his downfalls but 8 mil for guys who score goals is a good deal. It’s not as much of a bargain as Thomas but that doesn’t make it a bad contact.
