Spot on @ntvkenya . To add on to that, there’s now no cap to the number of CAS’s that his excellency can employ. This means more high-end salaries, allowances and benefits. But nooo,@Nakhumicha_S still is trying to maintain the facade, that we are expensive.

As a MO intern I used to do 36hr long shifts then rest for 12 hrs. I’d work for approx 132/168 hours in a week (78% of the wk).This is the pretty much the same for all medical interns in various facilities.Recommending a reduction of more than 60% of their gross pay is sickening

In an ideal proper hospital, these are the working hours of a doctor:

40 hours/wk

Mon to Friday: 9am to 5pm, clock out

Night shift and weekend distributed on week 2 and 3

Other intermix day and night shift but respecting the 40 hr rule

A doctor working 130 hours with 79% pay cut is insanity
