Update on fefer:native
Everything is going according to our plan:
- Accumulation continues;
- Community is growing;
- Support from @Stable and @tether teams remains solid;
But there's more...
I just want to update my thesis on
fefer:native + the add some thoughts on @Stable network.
We've been overlooking one thing that has been sitting right on the table the entire time.
What actually matters for @tether?
Dominance in the stablecoin world. A direct and linear answer. Nothing more, nothing less.
With full regulation now in place in the US, they have every chance to conquer the global market.
But there's one obvious problem.
ethereum:0xa0b86991c6218b36c1d19d4a2e9eb0ce3606eb48 lives almost entirely on its 'native' networks - Ethereum + L2's (Arbitrum, Linea, Polygon, Base, etc.).
With the growth of the Eth ecosystem and bridges, these L2's have effectively become its natural environment.
What about @tether ?
Before launching its own network it was pure chaos: the bulk of volume sat on Tron, then Arbitrum and Ethereum L1. Only recently has the share of its native network started to grow meaningfully.
True global dominance requires control over payments, network reliability, and a host of other factors. This is exactly where their @Stable network comes into play.
It launched relatively recently - in December 2025 and is still very young.
@tether clearly needs to push it with everything they've got. That's obvious.
When does real network dominance begin?
When all major exchanges start supporting it for USDT deposits and withdrawals.
Who supports Stable chain deposits and withdrawals right now?
Native Bitfinex - full support from December 2025 (deposits + withdrawals)
And an interesting part - KuCoin (now deposits only, enabled in early August 2026 - few days ago; withdrawals coming later) and marketing campaign starts tomorrow...
Now the puzzle pieces click into place: why does the fefer:native meme become important here?
Because it’s the simplest way to:
- Attract user liquidity
- Stress test the network and infrastructure (we already saw this a few days ago)
Once the major exchanges add Stable network support, two things will happen:
First, it will dramatically improve the network's position
Second, it will be extremely bullish for fefer:native
itself
Buying will become effortless:
Grab USDT on Binance or Bybit - withdraw it on the Stable network - buy Fefer on stable chain.
At this stage there won't be big exchange listings yet - the network first needs to grow activity and attractiveness.
But once the market cap crosses $100 million, I believe it’s only a matter of time.
Just look at the history of $Pepe or $Bonk
Fend it!

FEFER update: crumbs are not enough
@Stable already acknowledged meme season
They tweeted about it. And amplified their community page @StableChainHub. They launched a trading competition on @aveai_info
The problem is the competition was $8,888 on an platform with basically no presence
That is not how you create a meme ecosystem
That is how you tell the trenches “we like the activity” without actually doing anything about it
Still, fefer:native ran back up, then settled around the $3M area. Just waiting.
And that’s the whole point here
The setup is still absurdly asymmetric because Stable has the Tether gravity behind it and whether or not that's real it doesn't matter this is an attention game.
@USDT0_to is there. Paolo has one of the biggest social capital in the entire industry. Tether is one of the most profitable companies in history.
If they actually want activity on Stable Chain, the playbook is obvious
> make stable memecoins easy to trade everywhere
> get FEFER everywhere users already trade
> GMGN is good, FOMO matters more
> run real competitions if you want, not lunch money
> inject actual liquidity (that;'s what brings people DUH)
> let the leading accounts acknowledge what is already happening and embrace the meme (it's a very sticky one)
> understand that CT attention can complement infrastructure and you shouldn't be dismissive of the next gen traders (memecoins are part of their identity)
CZ for example understand the attention game and likes to play it. People called it crime. Fine. But it works because he knows exactly how to turn memes, replies, reposts and speculation into on-chain activity when he wants to.
Stable Chain has an opportunity here
The trenches are hot again in the midst of the bear market.
Solana has Ansem leading attention.
Robinhood Chain has been the engine that ignited all of this and is taking over retail traders
However, because of this, everyone is looking for the next chain-level meme rotation. And that is a big opportunity to bring people over but if you want to keep them you need to open up your ecosystem to all builders and do all the above mentioned > points.
Tether has a lot of gravity in crypto and somehow the biggest coin on the only chain they're associated with still sits around $3M
That is either embarrassing or an opportunity depending on where you stand.
People hoep that
> Maybe Paolo tweets
> Maybe USDT0 accounts lean in
> Maybe Stable makes a real push
Maybe nothing happens and we keep speculating on crumbs
But if Stable actually decides it wants a memecoin ecosystem, FEFER is the obvious first ticker
Right now people don't really bid the chart.
They bid the story about whether Stable Chain understands that in 2026, liquidity follows attention and if they want any part of it.
But attention does not come from “ecosystem updates”
use this to create your $FEFER memes and flood the internet
big up to @FeferMeme for the banger content they're putting out. that's the reason i embraced this
we should introduce fefer as a character in the @snooziesNFT world 👀
Just dug into @FeferMeme and this is actually insane.
Account created June 2, 2025 — the exact month Stable emerged from stealth and started raising seed capital.
Sat completely silent for 13 months!
The second Paolo posts the dino and @Stable calls it the first memecoin… it wakes up fully branded, posts high-quality content daily, and drops a clean professional website (https://t.co/I9dPGvS5jB) almost overnight.
This is way too well-run for a random degen.
Feels like a Stable intern or team member had the handle + plan ready from day one.
First culture on a Tether-backed L1 was locked in before the chain even launched. Something’s cooking with $FEFER.
The big dino thesis
Stable launched 8 December 2025 as a payments and settlement chain for USDT. Solid purpose. Also a purpose nobody in retail woke up wanting, because nobody needed it.
Then the meme bull hit and Paolo Ardoino posted $FEFER, a meme that had been floating around for years. An anon dev launched it on DYOR Swap. We pushed it to $15M.
And the chain buckled. Bridges stuck, throughput choking, because it had never seen that kind of activity. Payments rails don’t get stress tested by payments. They get stress tested by degens.
Everyone waited for the next catalyst. Paolo posted again, USDT vs USDC chain wars. FEFER clogged the mempool and took the chain down for two hours.
That’s the thesis. $FEFER is now load testing infrastructure that Tether couldn’t have paid for, and it’s permanent. You can’t delete a two hour outage. It’s Stable lore now, and Tether lore by extension. The chain that got killed by a dinosaur is a better story than the chain that processes remittances.
If you haven't realized it yet, it's using 4 different models and each making their own separate trades.
This is like $ARENA that did 800K but w/ fees + PnL sent to holders.
