A simple clarification from IRCTC will settle the matter. Transparency in even small components of a premium service is important.

3️⃣ Who decides the brand procured by the caterer, and is there any prescribed specification/rate/quality standard?

@RailwaySeva @drmubl The complaint was closed without it being addressed appropriately. They could never adjust the coach temperature as it was faulty with water leakage. Only thing they did was to switch off the AC completely.

If I complain that there is over cooling and water leakage in AC vents, solution for that is switching off the AC. 👏👏👏
