🆕Read & Share case online! A 71 y/o🧑‍🦳patient with a clinicial history of hypertension, dyslipidemia and active smoking was admitted for #NSTEMI.
Coronary angiography showed a LM stenosis involving the bifurcation and proximal parts of the LAD and LCx arteries. RCA showed a severe long diffuse disease.
TE showed mild reduced LVEF.
