13 lessons I had to learn the hard way:

1. You can't slay the dragons you refuse to acknowledge.

2. A good night's sleep solves many of modern life's problems.

3. You don't need more time... you need more focus.

4. WHEN you begins matters more than WHERE you begin.

5. Cheap dopamine is the most expensive dopamine at all.

6. You are the only person standing in your way.

7. Your beliefs limit you more than reality.

8. The universe doesn't care how you feel.

It cares what you do.

9. You cannot consume your way to fulfillment.

It can only be created.

10. You can't win if you don't start, and you can't lose if you don't quit.

11. Inaction is the only thing that produces guaranteed results.

12. There is a strong correlation between willingness to look stupid and likelihood of success.

13. The world wants you to work harder for a paycheck than for your dreams.
