Still my lowest paying job to date, and I've worked a few bottom of the barrel entry level unskilled jobs since then

Got a new camera today, it's a Pentax Auto 110 (smallest SLR camera in the world). The lenses are tiny!

Going to be picking tiny, almost microscopic spines out of my hands for the next year now... I guess that's why they call them *prickly* pears

Got a new camera!. It's neat seeing how they got so many of the features I'm familiar with on my modern camera to work while requiring no batteries. The shutter timer on slow shutter settings sounds like a wind up toy. Equally impressive, everything still works after 50+ years

Have been wanting to try out film photography for a while. Only experience I have with film are disposable cameras and the few pictures I took on my parents' point and shoot film camera as a kid in the early 2000s. Excited to try it out, and probably waste a lot of film learning

Ice was pretty rough, and very thin. Will definitely need to have them resharpened from the few times I caught dry patches of concrete, but all things considered, not too bad.
