@WheresMyFruit Currently doing the whole low carb thing. Some call it “Modified Keto”. Lost 7 lbs in 2 weeks. Nothing has EVER worked for me with PCOS before. I mean I tried everything. The only sugar I have is in my coffee in the morning. It’s tough but worth it.
