I am writing a warranty claim for a Sealy mattress purchased in May 2025 from Mattress Firm for approximately $2,300.

The mattress has developed significant sagging and sinking in its structure. Since I began sleeping on it regularly three months ago, I have experienced severe, persistent lower back pain and disrupted sleep every night. This is a structural defect, not a comfort preference, and it is affecting my health.

I have already tried to resolve this through Mattress Firm in person, by email, and via an Instagram support ticket, without success. When I contacted Sealy, I was told the issue could not be addressed because the mattress was sold through a third-party vendor.

Please advise on the next steps, including any inspection or documentation you require. I can provide my proof of purchase and photos of the sagging on request.
