Discovering Iya Gallery 'Meet the Maker' feature in @enkimagUK this morning and the kindest words about my work, is the loveliest start of the day! Thank you so much for having me...

Being in nature, away from the crowd and everything that makes it harder to be able to reconnect with oneself, to let all your senses explore freely, to appreciate silence. I'm now taking my tools everywhere I go to be able to create whenever my mind and body need it!
I completed a Mindset and Manifestation techniques for creatives course & truly enjoyed it so sharing some insights:
Believe it's possible, behave like it's already happening and it becomes real
Failure is just information, it says nothing about your so look back & learn from it
Working on my creative dreams, hopes and projects is a constant work in progress, where I often need time, space and calm but most importantly self-love, self-kindness and self-belief...
I have some exciting news... Christmas came early this year!!! Kohoro Tokyo will be holding my second exhibition in Japan in their creative space called "Shed" from the 22nd to the 24th of December. I am over the moon and grateful for this solo exhibition.
This is the happiest news ever... A dream come true. In one month exactly today I will be traveling from Fukuoka to Osaka where my first ever exhibition will be happening. I could not be more grateful for this opportunity and all the support I have received so far from everyone.
These two found a new place on my living room wall... I love changing my paintings around when I create a new collection! My biggest To Do at the moment is to update the shop with new pieces, I am hoping to do so very soon!
Got a new green friend for our flat and one of my favourite moments from Japan framed up, bringing back some dear memories... Not long before our next trip now!!
IyaGallery was created in homage to a cherished place I visited in Japan during our trip in Dec/Jan. I have some exciting news coming soon about my work and my upcoming trip there again in September... Stay tuned.
Because life is complex enough, I try to find simplicity and tranquility in my work... Yesterday sllow morning turning into a new painting session! Happy Sunday...

Parce que la vie est déjà assez complexe, j'aime retrouver de la simplicité et tranquillité dans mes peintures...
