@HalifaxBank All I was given was about 20 pages of print outs of my last transactions, but the paperwork only shows dates and amounts, no other identifiable info so not useful. They said they don't do proof of closure letters?

@MetroVideoGame I really want to love this game, but it’s but an absolute shambles. It crashes constantly on Xbox One, reverts back to old save games so I can’t make progress despite quick saving regularly. Sad to give up on it as I’ve really enjoyed it! Sort this out please!!
