Hi @virginmedia, our Internet in ba14 has been down since last Saturday, but there is 'no issue in the area'. Our neighbours were advised 24-48 hours to be fixed on Tuesday, but still nothing..and all we can get is another engineer visit who will presumably tell us the same thing
